A Simple Saturday...

Nothing much went on today. It was great to sleep in this morning with my hubby. He has been vacay this week and goes back on Monday. I love when he is home with all of us. He has been playing The Tiger Woods Golf 10 Wii game and just loves it. Ayla had a Volleyball playday today and had a great time. Her and was a little swollen due to getting stung yesterday. Kim did take the kids to see the movie Grown-Ups today who can beat 2 bucks for a movie. Chace and I just hung out in my scrap room. Did manage to go the the big 127 yardsale yesterday for a few hours in the Hot heat. I found things to be totally overpriced. I managed to only spend 2 bucks for parking. I have been looking for a great glass cakeplate they wanted anywhere from 50.00 to 295.00 for one. Sorry, I refuse to pay that much. Anyhow off to churh tommorrow then kids have school for a bit on Monday. Enjoy looking at few things I have created. The Easter layout is based from a sketch at PageMaps.

Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.

The Heat is ON.....

at least that is how it feel in the downstairs. It has been so hot the past couple of days. I don't think the Central Air is working all that great down here. Yesterday we even ventured out in the 109 degree heat to do our Annual school shopping. I think we did awesome. All 4 got new shoes, jeans, pants, and all the other essentials to start out in school. As it will start on Monday. Woo Hoo.
I am excited to get back on a schedule and get Chace on one as well. I have been scrapping alot though when I have a chance. I tried out for the DT over at Cookin Up Creations. There are some fabulous ladies over there. I wish everyone luck. I have been participating in the ABC crop as well over at My Sketch World. Hope everyone has a great friday.

Cast your cares on the Lord and He will sustain you; He will never let the righteous fall.
