As you get back on the road to head out to the I-84 you will cross the Perrine Bridge. This amazing feat of engineering is the eighth highest bridge in the USA with a height of 486 feet above the Snake River.
Visitors can choose to park on either the south or north side of the bridge to walk across it, although if you’re afraid of heights you might like to just look on from either end.
After you’ve walked across the bridge and you are on the northern side, there is a walkway that will take you under the bridge for some even better views of the bridge construction and also the Snake River Gorge below.
Located on the southern end of the Perrine Bridge is the Twin Falls Visitor Center where you can view interactive exhibits, pick up souvenirs, and ask questions about local attractions.
